Construction & Demolition Recycling

Construction and demolition projects may require a permit, depending on the scope of work. Before starting any project, please check with the City of Victorville Building Department to confirm whether a permit is required. If work that required a permit is completed without one, Code Enforcement may issue a notice of violation, require permit documents to be submitted, and assess fees at double the normal rate. If a permit is required, applicants must also comply with applicable state and local recycling requirements, including the diversion of qualifying construction and demolition materials.
