The Finance Department is responsible for the stewardship of the City’s financial resources and the administration of its core fiscal operations. The Department oversees the Utility Billing Division, Accounting, Payroll, Customer Service, and Procurement functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial activities.

In addition, the Finance Department manages the development and execution of the annual budget, coordinates external audits, and ensures timely and accurate financial reporting. The Department is also responsible for meeting all applicable federal and state regulatory reporting requirements, as well as processing demands and employment verifications.
