Human Resources provides centralized support to City employees, departments, and leadership, with a focus on recruiting, hiring, and retaining a highly qualified workforce dedicated to serving the Victorville community. We partner with departments to ensure employees have the resources, guidance, and support needed to succeed in a dynamic public service environment.
Our services span the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, compensation and classification, benefits administration, training and development, health and safety, policy compliance, workers’ compensation, and labor and employee relations.
