Mixed Construction & Demolition Loads
Mixed construction and demolition debris may be recycled instead of landfilled at approved facilities. For permitted projects, residents should make sure they receive the proper documentation showing that the load was accepted as construction and demolition material and indicating the diversion percentage for recycling compliance.

Roll-Off Service Option
For larger projects, Victorville Disposal/Burrtec Waste offers temporary roll-off containers for mixed construction and demolition recycling. Materials may be placed in one container and taken to a high-diversion material recovery facility that provides documentation showing at least 65% diversion. Roll-off sizes range from 10 to 40 cubic yards. Smaller front-loader bins are also available, but they do not provide guaranteed diversion or weight receipts for documentation purposes.

Note: For this option, please ensure you have communicated to the Burrtec representative that you require a construction and demolition roll-off, and not a trash one. For permitted projects that require 65% diversion, a construction and demolition roll-off is required to pass final. Any changes to the construction waste management plan must be communicated to the City at CWMP@VictorvilleCA.gov.
