Garden Trimming Drop-Off

City of Victorville residents who are City trash customers may drop off eligible garden trimmings free of charge at Victor Valley Compost, operated by Burrtec Waste Industries. Proof of current City of Victorville residency is required. Residents must bring a valid photo ID and a current utility bill showing a City of Victorville service address.

Accepted Items

Accepted materials include leaves, sod without dirt or rocks, weeds, brush, shrubs, tumbleweeds, and tree trimmings. Free drop-off is limited to up to one ton for qualifying City residents. Loads must be clean and free of trash, plastic bags, glass, and other contamination. Cactus, palm, tree stumps, logs, telephone poles, construction wood, and trash are not accepted.
