Landfill

For permitted projects, please check with the City’s Construction Recycling team at CWMP@VictorvilleCA.gov before using the landfill. Any changes to an approved Construction Waste Management Plan must be approved in advance.

If landfill disposal is used, the project must still meet the required 65% diversion rate through recycling, salvage, or other approved diversion methods. Projects that do not meet the 65% diversion requirement may experience delays in final approval of up to three months and a notice of violation from City of Victorville Code Enforcement.
