San Bernardino County Landfill

Residents may self-haul approved waste to the San Bernardino County Landfill in Victorville.

Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Accepted Items

The landfill accepts certain materials such as refrigerators with no Freon, tires with restrictions, and treated wood waste at the Victorville site. It does not accept items such as paint, hazardous waste, liquid waste, sealed containers, hot ashes, medical waste including sharps, or many mercury- or lead-containing items.

Disposal rates and accepted materials may change, so residents should contact the San Bernardino County Solid Waste Management Department at (909) 386-8701 for current pricing, restrictions, and disposal guidance.

County waste disposal sites are also closed on major holidays, including Christmas Day, July 4, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday for sites open on Sundays.
