Open Rewards is a free mobile app and shop local incentive program created to reward you for supporting Victorville businesses. Every time you shop at a participating local business, you can earn points and unlock rewards just for choosing to spend local.
Getting started is simple. Download the Open Rewards app, sign up in minutes, and shop at participating Victorville locations like you normally would. After your purchase, upload your receipt in the app and start earning rewards right away.

Most Asked Open Rewards Program Questions
1. Is the app free? Yes! The Open Rewards: Shop Local app is free on both the Apple Stoere and Google Marketplace.
2. Am I required to provide my bank account information? No, you have the option to link your bank account to track purchases and receive automated rewards, or you can upload a phot of your receipt for proof of purchase as an alternative.
3. How many rewards do I receive per purchase? All retail transactions currently receive a 5% reward per transaction. Reward values are subject to change and may vary by program updates or participating business category.
4. How much can I cash out of my rewards? To encourage local shopping, applicants may cash out rewards after completing a second transaction. At that point, they can redeem either their total accumulated rewards or the value of their most recent receipt, whichever amount is lower.
5. Do reward points expire? Yes, unused reward points expire after 6 months of receiving them. Reward expiration dates can be viewed in the "expiry" section of your app.
6. I made a purchase at a participating business, and it is not appearing in my transactions, what do I do? For technical assistance, please contact Technical Support by clicking on the Profile tab on the bottom of the app > Settings > Report an Issue.
7. What businesses can participate in the program? To participate in the Open Rewards program, your business must be a brick-and-mortar, sales tax–generating business or auto dealership located within the City of Victorville limits. All businesses within these categories, including franchise locations, are eligible. Applications are subject to City review and approval. Home-based businesses are not eligible.
