What is the Old Town Specific Plan?

The Old Town Specific Plan is a long-term vision and framework for the future of Old Town Victorville. It guides how the area can grow, develop, and be revitalized while preserving the character and history that make Old Town unique.

Building on the original plan adopted in 1995, the updated Specific Plan expands the planning area and provides a blueprint for the next 20 to 30 years. It encourages a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use district with new opportunities for housing, businesses, jobs, and community gathering spaces.

The Plan also establishes development standards and design guidelines that support Old Town’s historic character while creating a welcoming environment for residents, businesses, and visitors.
