All SSOs on private property or public right-of-way should be reported to the Public Works Department immediately, regardless of their size or origin.

Public Works business hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our dedicated staff is ready to address sewer-related issues within one hour of receiving a report, any time of day or night, 24/7, 365 days a year.

During non-business hours, the call will go to the San Bernardino County Fire Dispatch Center. Report the problem to the dispatcher.  The Dispatch Center will contact Public Works Standby personnel to investigate the report during non-business hours.

Protect your sewer system from overflows.

Did you know?  All household plumbing is attached to a private sewer line which carries waste from your house to the City's main sewer line.

In case of a block, most licensed plumbers provide services to clear a private sewer line.

Care and maintenance of the private sewer line is the property owner's responsibility. Regular cleaning is essential to keep the waste flowing!
