All sanitary sewer overflows (S.S.O.s), whether on private property or in the public right-of-way, must be reported to the Public Works Department immediately, regardless of size or cause.

Public Works business hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Our staff is available 24/7 and will respond to sewer-related issues within one hour of receiving a report.
After hours, calls are routed to the San Bernardino County Fire Dispatch Center. Please report the issue to the dispatcher, who will notify Public Works standby personnel to respond.
