System Management Plan (S.S.M.P.)
Overview
The City of Victorville’s Sewer System Management Plan (S.S.M.P.) outlines the policies, procedures, and activities used to manage, operate, maintain, repair, and improve the City’s sewer collection system.
The S.S.M.P. is required by the State Water Resources Control Board and is designed to help reduce sanitary sewer overflows (S.S.O.s), protect public health, and safeguard the environment.
