Overview

The City of Victorville’s Water Master Plan provides a comprehensive roadmap for evaluating, maintaining, and expanding the City’s water infrastructure. The plan ensures the water system can reliably meet current demands while supporting future growth and long‑term community needs.

What the Plan Includes

The Water Master Plan assesses the City’s existing water system and identifies improvements needed to maintain efficient and dependable service. The plan includes:

  • An inventory of existing water pipelines, wells, reservoirs, and facilities
  • Evaluation of system capacity, pressure zones, and operational performance
  • Analysis of future water demand based on population and development projections
  • Identification of system upgrades, replacements, and new facility needs
  • A Capital Improvement Program (C.I.P.) to guide future investments
