Recycled Water Master Plan

Overview

The City of Victorville’s Recycled Water Master Plan provides a long‑term strategy for expanding the use of recycled water to support sustainability, reduce dependence on potable water supplies, and meet future water demands. The plan outlines how the City can responsibly grow its recycled water system to benefit the community and the environment.

What the Plan Includes

The Recycled Water Master Plan evaluates current recycled water infrastructure and identifies opportunities for system expansion. The plan includes:

  • An inventory of existing recycled water pipelines, facilities, and customers
  • Assessment of available recycled water supply and projected future demand
  • Identification of potential new users and areas suitable for system expansion
  • Evaluation of system capacity, distribution needs, and operational considerations
  • A Capital Improvement Program (C.I.P.) to guide future recycled water projects
