Victorville Wellness Center
The Victorville Wellness Center Campus is the first non-congregate care facility of its kind in San Bernardino County, playing a critical role in helping sheltered and unsheltered individuals stabilize and rebuild their lives.
A First-of-Its-Kind Model
Located on 4.5 acres, the Center features 170 interim housing beds, including family units, single and double occupancy rooms, and specialized recuperative care beds for individuals discharged from hospitals without a safe place to recover.

SCAG Sustainability Award
On May 1, 2025, the Victorville Wellness Center was awarded the "Housing Innovation Award" during the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) 2025 Sustainability Awards ceremony. This award category recognizes projects that advance sustainable and equitable housing by increasing access and affordability while contributing to reduced greenhouse gas emissions through thoughtful community design.
Ribbon Cutting
The City of Victorville officially held the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Victorville Wellness Center on December 8, 2023. Following the ceremony, the City hosted public guided tours, allowing residents and community members to see the modular units and support facilities first-hand. The center began housing residents shortly after the ribbon-cutting, with the first group of clients moving in before the 2023 Christmas holiday.
