How To Pay Your Bill

Payment Options

We offer several convenient ways to pay your water and sanitation bill. Please have your Account Number and Customer Number available when making a payment.

Online Payment

Make a secure payment online through the City’s payment portal. You will be redirected to the portal to log in and complete your transaction. Online payments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Automatic Payment

Simplify your billing by enrolling in Automatic Payment via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the due date.

To enroll, please complete and submit the Automatic Payment Via Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization(PDF, 326KB) form.  

Payments via Phone

Automated phone payments are available 24 hours a day by calling (760) 955-5001. If you prefer personal assistance, a Customer Service Representative is available to process your payment during normal business hours. 

Payment Kiosks (Temporarily unavailable)

Two self-service payment kiosks are located inside City Hall and are available during regular business hours.

Kiosks accept:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Credit cards

Kiosks are not available outside of City Hall or after business hours.

In-Person Payments (City Hall)

City Hall accepts payments during the following hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)

City Hall is closed on all major holidays.

Drop Box

For your convenience, a secure drop box is located outside the front entrance of City Hall and is available 24 hours a day.

  • Payments are collected Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. and posted the same business day.
  • Payments deposited after 8:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.

Please do not deposit cash in the drop box.
