Capital Improvement Program

The City Council approves a new Capital Improvement Program (C.I.P.) each year. The C.I.P. includes projects that increase the capital value of the City’s infrastructure.

City of Victorville Engineering staff designs projects related to roadways, storm drainage systems, sewer systems, and water supply systems. The City utilizes consultants for larger or more complex projects requiring specialized expertise.
