Capital Improvement Program

The City Council approves a new Capital Improvement Program (C.I.P.) each year as part of the annual budget process. The C.I.P. includes projects and/or purchases that increase the number of City assets or extending the useful life of an existing asset.

City of Victorville Engineering staff designs projects related to roadways, storm drainage system, traffic signals, street lighting, wastewater treatment facility, gas and electrical systems, sewer system, and water supply systems. The City utilizes consultants for larger or more complex projects requiring utility specialized expertise.
