Participants are invited to address the Council during the public comment period(s). Public comments will be no longer than three minutes per community member. Should a speaker conclude their comments prior to the expiration of three minutes, the speaker waives the right to speak for any remaining amount of time. You may also email comments to cityclerk@victorvilleca.gov by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting to be distributed to City Council. Remote participation is available via Zoom using the information provided on the first page of each meeting’s agenda.
