Electric Power Content Label & Power Source Disclosure
Under state law (Public Utilities Code Sections 398.4 and 398.5), retail suppliers of electricity must annually: (1) disclose to their end use customers the electricity sources for their sales to those customers in the form of a Power Content Label; and (2) report this same information, together with supporting documentation in verified form, to the California Energy Commission, in the form of a Power Source Disclosure Annual Report.
