If you want to sign up for a library card and are an adult, you will need to come to the James L. Cox Public Library with your California photo I.D. If you have an out-of-state photo ID, you will need to bring it, along with a bill showing your California address. If you are under 18, a parent will need to be present with their California photo I.D or an out-of-state I.D along with a bill showing the California address.
