We are currently working on an automated way to check the status of your plans using the Touchtone Permits phone system, as well as online.
  • Will I be notified once plans are ready for issuance/corrections?
Yes, you will be notified by a phone call. If plans have not been picked up within a few days, a letter will be sent out. We will also be adding e-mail notifications in the future, for those who wish to provide an e-mail address when starting their plan review process.
