Tiffany Gaudin was elected to the Victorville City Council in 2024. She brings a fresh perspective to public service, shaped by 15 years as a first responder and a deep commitment to community advocacy. With deep roots in the community she loves to serve, Tiffany is dedicated to making Victorville a thriving and vibrant city.

A Heart for Service. Tiffany's dedication to serving others began locally with a 15-year career in emergency medical services. During this time, she gained invaluable firsthand insight into the challenges facing our community. Building on this foundation of service, Tiffany transitioned into her role as a community outreach coordinator, where she expanded her impact by strengthening connections between non-profits, businesses, and residents. Through her work, she has fostered trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to addressing the needs of Victorville.

Believing in Victorville. Tiffany believes Victorville is a shining light in the High Desert, a place full of potential and opportunity. She is passionate about seeing the community thrive—prioritizing public safety, fostering unity, and supporting initiatives empowering residents and local businesses.

Proven Experience. Tiffany is an endorsed EMS chaplain and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in theology with a minor in counseling, and she has also earned a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, she founded a non-profit organization, which, along with her education and experience, has equipped her to be the leader she is today. Tiffany has extensive experience leading teams, working collaboratively to achieve common goals, and empowering others to make a meaningful impact.

A Family-First Advocate, Tiffany and her husband Justin are proud Victorville residents who are raising their family in the city they call home. Rooted in family values and faith, they bring unwavering dedication and a collaborative spirit to their service, always striving to build a brighter future for Victorville.
