San Bernardino County COVID-19 Vaccination Information

As of April 6, all San Bernardino County residents age 16 and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for persons under 18.  The Pfizer vaccine is being administered at County and State OptumServ sites.  A parent or guardian must accompany their children age 16 or 17 to vaccine appointments, and a drivers license or birth certificate is needed to verify age.

Appointments can be scheduled through the County's website or by calling (909) 387-3911.

San Bernardino County has a vaccination site located at Hook Community Center.

Victor Valley Transit Authority is offering free door-to-door shuttle service to the vaccine distribution at Hook Community Center and Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church.  Interested and qualifying residents (65 & Over) must first book a vaccine appointment for the Hook Community Center or Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church at sbcovid19.com/vaccine/locations.

Following a vaccine appointment booking, residents then contact VVTA at (760) 948-3030 and inform the scheduler that they would like to schedule a ride for the Vaccine Xpress.
Participating residents will be picked up and dropped off from their homes to and from their vaccine appointment, FREE of charge!

Other community vaccination sites located in the High Desert can also be accessed on the County's website or by calling the County Help Line at (909) 387-3911
