The City of Victorville launched the Utility Bill Assistance Program to help customers who are behind on their City utility payments due to COVID-19-related hardships.   Applications will be accepted through Aug. 23 or until funds are exhausted.

We also provide federal CDBG dollars to local nonprofit organizations to help individuals in our community with rent and utility assistance.

As part of the City's response to COVID-19, shutoffs and late fees have been temporarily suspended for nonpayment by Victorville Water customers.

San Bernardino County's Rent Relief Partnership is available to provide rent assistance to residents negatively impacted by COVID-19.  The program provides rent payments that are owed.  Utility payments and future rent assistance may be offered soon.  To learn more about this program, visit

The State of California is accepting COVID-19 rent relief applications from both renters and landlords. This program will help income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments.
