The City of Victorville provides federal CDBG dollars to local nonprofit organizations to help individuals in our community with rent and utility assistance. 

Below is a list of local organizations that provide services including rent and utility assistance, and hotel vouchers.  Please click on each organization to learn what services are offered.

As part of the City's response to COVID-19, shutoffs and late fees have been temporarily suspended for nonpayment by Victorville Water customers.

The County of San Bernardino and Inland SoCal 211+ are accepting applications for the San Bernardino County Rent Relief Partnership. Funds are available to assist individuals and households that have experienced negative impacts due to COVID-19. This program will provide up to 12 months of rental and utility arrears and/or prospective assistance. For more information about eligibility requirements and to apply visit sbcrentrelief.org.

The State of California is accepting COVID-19 rent relief applications from both renters and landlords. This program will help income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments.
