City Hall Open to Public Access
On April 5, we were happy to reopen City Hall to our community. Walk-ins are permitted to the customer service counters for water, trash and animal licensing-related business. Appointments for all other departments are required and can be scheduled at vv.cty/appointment or by calling (760) 955-5000. Visitors are required to wear a face mask and participate in a health screening to include a temperature reading.
The City's phone and online customer service options are available for you to pay your bills, submit plans and business license applications and much more. You may also use our drop-box to pay your bill.

Community Center and Park Closures:
ALL City community centers are closed until further notice. These closures include:
-Victorville Activity Center
-Sunset Ridge Community Center
-Westwinds Activity Center
-Westwinds Sports Center
-Hook Community Center
In accordance with public health orders, the picnic shelters at our Victorville parks are now open for a maximum of two hours starting March 29. Gatherings must not exceed more than three households, including all guests and host. The picnic shelters at Doris Davies Park and Schmidt Park can be reserved, and the reservation fees will be waived. All other picnic shelters are first-come, first-serve. COVID-19 guidelines apply. Access to Rockview Nature Park is open by reservation only and Old Victor Park remains closed.

City Event Cancellations & Postponements
In accordance with guidance from the State Department of Public Health and to protect our community from the spread of COVID-19, the City of Victorville is not hosting in-person events until further notice.
While the majority of City facilities will be closed to public access during this time, staff will be available by phone and email to assist the public with any questions on this matter.
Cancellations to City Programs, Programs, Classes & Activities
In an abundance of caution and in response to the California Department of Public Health guidance, the City of Victorville has cancelled all in-person Recreation and Library programs, classes and activities until further notice to protect public health and slow the rate of transmission of COVID-19. However, we are offering virtual programming. Please visit our Virtual Library and Virtual Recreation Center to take advantage of these service offerings.
The following activities and programs are cancelled until further notice:
•Library classes, activities and programs;
•Youth programs and sports;
•Adult sports leagues; and
Credits/Refunds: For Recreation classes and programs that required advance registration and payment, a credit will be placed on your Recreation account and can be applied toward future classes and programs. In the event you prefer a refund check be issued, please contact Hook Community Center and staff can initiate that request.
Contractors: City staff will contact participants to notify them of class and program cancellations.
