The Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) meets on the third Monday of the months of February, May, August and November at 4:00 p.m. to discuss and provide input on topics related to community programs and services, recreation activities and events, as well as park facility development. Each member of the City Council is permitted to nominate an individual to serve as a CSAC member, with appointment subject to approval by a majority of the City Council. The term of a CSAC member runs concurrent with that of the nominating City Council member. Please call (760) 243-1969 for more information regarding CSAC, or to confirm meeting dates and times.
