The Community Planning and Development (CDP) Grant Subcommittee meets once yearly to determine allocation of the upcoming years CDBG/HOME/CalHOME/NSP new funding or funding reallocations. However, when new Federal/State funding is provided to the City the subcommittee will meet as needed. This subcommittee is made up of two members of the City Council and one member of the Executive Management / Management Team who determine program and project priority of each applicable grant funding source and formulate recommendations for presentation to the City Council regarding Federal and State grant funding distribution.
