The City of Victorville is pleased to announce a new program that allows you to submit backflow test reports online. All testers are required to sign up and use the new system.

Email the following information to crossconnection@victorvilleca.gov

Information as follows:

• Request an Admin style account
• Request individual tester accounts
• Submit your San Bernardino County/AWWA Tester Certification until further notice
• Submit gauge calibration
• Submit cellphone and email for each tester
• (Please note these are required to sign up)

There will be no charge to submit tests through the SwiftComply portal.

Our goals with implementing this software include improved compliance, an increase in on-time backflow tests, and reduced administrative burden.
