Residential Compliance Program

The Residential Compliance Program is designed to assist low income homeowners who have been cited by City of Victorville Code Enforcement with one or more Health and Safety Code and/or Building Code violations. 

Eligible Repairs

  • Desert landscaping
  • Unpermitted patios
  • Garage conversions
  • Unpermitted room additions
  • Plumbing and sewer failures
  • Damaged ceilings
  • Unsafe electrical wiring
  • Health and Safety code violations
  • Building code violations

1st Step: Call or visit the City of Victorville Development Department to obtain an application.

2nd Step: Submit completed applications to the City.  Applications will be reviewed and processed to determine eligibility.  All applicants must not exceed income limits.

3rd Step:  Qualified applicants will receive a loan to make eligible home repairs.

Applications are not being taken at this time.  The City maintains a waiting list and is prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Anyone interested in having their name added to the waiting list may contact us at (760) 243-1922.
