- Funds available on first-come, first-served basis with acceptable purchase contract
How to Qualify?
- Must be a first-time homebuyer
- Mortgage must be with City of Victorville approved lender
- The property must be your primary residence, located in Victorville
- Single-family homes, condominiums, and town homes under $525,000 (existing homes) and $539,145 (new homes) are eligible
- Borrower must contribute 1% of purchase price
