The City of Victorville’s Animal Care & Adoption Center is a groundbreaking milestone—our first-ever dedicated facility designed to provide compassionate care, shelter, and adoption services for animals in need. This state-of-the-art center is committed to serving our residents, ensuring that lost and abandoned pets within our community receive the care they deserve.

Our Animal Services team helps match pets with responsible, loving families, reducing the number of animals in our care and giving them a second chance at life. Our center is more than just a shelter—it’s a hub for pet owner education, adoption and fostering, pet reunification, and animal care and enrichment.

The Animal Care & Adoption Center is a vital resource for our community, offering essential services that benefit both animals and residents!

Services that are offered to Victorville residents:

• Pet Licensing & Identification – Residents can visit our center to obtain or renew pet licenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Licensing helps reunite lost pets with their owners more quickly.

• Microchipping – A microchip is a permanent form of identification that significantly increases the chances of finding a lost pet. Our team can microchip your pet to provide extra security and peace of mind.
  
  
• Spay & Neuter Information – We advocate for responsible pet ownership by providing resources and referrals for spay and neuter programs and vouchers (while supplies last) to help control pet overpopulation.

Authorized Spay/Neuter Veterinarian List

The following veterinary clinics and organizations honor the City of Victorville’s Spay/Neuter Voucher Program for dogs and cats.

• Dog vouchers cover $160 of the spay/neuter procedure.

• Cat vouchers cover $80 of the spay/neuter procedure.

How to Use a Voucher

1. Schedule an appointment
   Contact one of the participating veterinary locations listed below to make an appointment.

2. Obtain your voucher
   Once your appointment is confirmed, stop by the Victorville Animal Care and Adoption Center at 16648 E Street Victorville CA 92395 to pick up your voucher.

   Voucher pick-up hours:

   • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

   • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

   Please note: Vouchers expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
