Updated COVID-19 procedures:

Face coverings are recommended. Social Distancing is encouraged for all. Those who are experiencing  COVID-19 symptoms or have a fever of 100.4 or higher should not visit.

Entering into the Victorville Recycling Drop-Off Center is a self-attestation by visitors that they don't have a fever of 100.4 or higher and they don't have any COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Contacting the COVID-19 virus may lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, or death. The City of Victorville complies with CDC and the Department of Public Health recommendations for enhanced health and safety measures related to COVID-19 to help reduce the risk of contracting the virus. However, an inherent risk of exposure exists when individuals access public facilities, parks or events. By visiting a City facility, park or event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks relate to exposure to COVID-19.
