Spring Festival Vendor Information

Become a vendor and be a part of this great community event.  Serve up good food, showcase your business, or sell merchandise while fun and entertainment happen all around you. All vendors must supply their own canopies, tents, chairs, tables, signs, and supplies as needed. Setup is from 7:00am-9:00 am. Breakdown begins at 2:00 pm. Electricity is not available at the event.

Vendor Space Information

  • Food Vendor (20’ X 10’ Space) - $65
  • Display or Merchandise Vendor (10’ X 10’ Space) - $45
  • Temporary Event Business License - $10

FOOD & RETAIL VENDORS MUST have a current City of Victorville Business License. If you do not have a current Business License, a Temporary Event License may be obtained through the registration process used for this vendor application. Select the event and add it to your cart before finalizing your vendor registration.

Food Vendors

Food Vendor applications will be accepted using the link above. Food Vendors will be notified by email if they have been selected to participate in this event. Menu items are subject to approval so please submit ALL items you plan to sell. When completing the application, be specific to space size needed (ex: 2 canopies, small/large trailer, etc.). 

Retail & Display Vendors

We will begin accepting Vendor applications on February 1, 2023. Deadline to submit applications is March 31, 2023, or until filled, whichever happens first. 

Retail and Display Vendors may apply online, by mail or in person.

To Apply Online:  Use the link above to register for activities, then sign in, or create an account. Search for “Spring Festival”, choose the correct vendor type, and complete your transaction.

To Apply by Mail:   Us the link above to download the Vendor Application Form. Mail the completed application to Hook Community Center, 14973 Joshua St., Victorville, 92394.  Make business checks or money orders payable to the City of Victorville.  No personal checks accepted.  

To Apply in Person:  Us the link above to download the Vendor Application Form and take the completed form to Hook Community Center, 14973 Joshua St., Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm. 

NO REFUNDS unless the event is cancelled by the city.
