As state and county health orders regarding COVID-19 are being relaxed, our Recreation Division is busy planning sports, activities, events and classes for our community. Learn more and register for these activities now. 

R.A.T. Pack (Responsibly Active Teens), Ages 13-17

A free teen program designed to offer a fun and safe environment to earn volunteer hours, play sports and games, help the community through special event support, prepare for college and future job opportunities and meet other teens in the High Desert. 

September to May

Program meets every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Hook Community Center, 14973 Joshua Street, Victorville, CA 92394.  Participant must have an emergency form on file prior to attending the program. 

June to August

Weekly program meetings are not held during the months of June to August. However, teens who are interested in earning additional volunteer hours for the summer may be eligible to volunteer at summer programs, like Kids Club and Hot Tots.  Volunteer spots are limited.

Online registration is not available for this program. To register, click the link below for the registration packet. Fill out the forms and bring them Hook Community Center any time during open hours, or bring them with you to the program. All teens ages 13-17 are welcome.
