Calling All Vendors!

Ready to show off your business, serve up tasty eats, or sell awesome merchandise? Join us for a vibrant community event filled with energy, entertainment, and local flair! Whether you're dishing out food, promoting your brand, or offering unique items, this is the place to be.

Just a heads-up—vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopy, tent, tables, chairs, signage, and supplies. Please note: electricity will not be available on-site.

Vendor Space Options

• Food Vendor (20' x 10') – $200

• Commercial Display or Retail Vendor (10' x 10') – $100

• Not-for-Profit Vendor (10' x 10') – $50

All food, retail, and display vendors must have a valid City of Victorville Business License. Businesses operating outside the event guidelines will need to meet full licensing requirements. To apply, email: BusinessLicense@victorvilleca.gov.

Food Vendors

Applications are now open! To be considered, food vendors must have:

• A valid Seller’s Permit

• A current San Bernardino County Health Permit

• A current City of Victorville Business License

• Liability Insurance listing the City of Victorville as additionally insured (including the endorsement page)

Retail & Display Vendors

Applications open July 1, 2025 and will be accepted through September 5, 2025, or until all spaces are filled. All applications are subject to approval.

Ways to Apply:

• Online: Click the link above to “Register for Activities,” sign in (or create an account), search for “Fall Festival,” choose your vendor type, and complete the process. Be sure your business license is current before submitting.

• In Person: Download the application using the link above, then bring your completed form to:

Note: No refunds will be issued unless your application is not approved or the event is canceled by the City.
