The City of Victorville Recreation Division has picnic areas and facilities available to rent for your events. Rentals must be booked at least two weeks in advance and no more than a maximum of a year prior to your event.  To reserve a space, download the appropriate form below and email it to victorvillerec@victorvilleca.gov. Rentals will not be reserved until applicable fees & deposits are received. Call Hook Community Center at (760) 245-5551 for more information. 

Facilities Available to Reserve

 Meeting Rooms

Meeting Rooms are available at Hook Community Center and Sunset Ridge Park. Each room has a max capacity of 30 people. The following information is required:

• Rental fees- $36/hr.-Resident $40/hr.- Non-resident
• Refundable Deposit- $200 
• Certificate of Insurance- Can be purchased for a fee by the Recreation Division.
• Security Fee- $29.99/hr.

 Social Gatherings

The Victorville Activities Center is available to rent for social gatherings. Fees will vary depending on the size of the group and type of activity. Fees for social gatherings are required as follows:

• Rental fees- Large Auditorium- $46/hr. Resident $51/hr. Non-Resident
• Damage deposit- $200 (no alcohol) $500(with alcohol)
• Security fees- $29.99 hr. 
• Certificate of Insurance- Can be purchased for a fee by the Recreation Division.
