The Victorville City Library is a Passport Acceptance Agency.
United States Citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports by appointment at the Victorville City Library. Appointments are available Monday-Saturday, but must be scheduled in advance.

What do I need to sign up for a passport?
You will need to bring in proof of identity and proof of US Citizenship.
What does it cost to get a passport?Ages 16+ passport book is $110 and passport card is $30. Ages 0-15 passport book is $80 and passport card is $15.
Are there any other fees involved?There is a $35 application fee per person. There is a $10 photo fee per person.
What is the difference between a passport book and passport card?A passport book is good for all types of travel, a passport card is ONLY good for land or sea travel—you would not be able to get on a plane internationally with the card.
Where can I get the forms to apply for a passport?You can pick up the forms from the Victorville City Library or you can find the forms online.
How do I know which form to use?If you are applying for a NEW passport, you will use form DS-11. If you are RENEWING your passport, you will use form DS-82.
