You can request books via our Curbside Pick-Up and Phone service, our Zip Book Program, and we have a variety of digital material available via our Digital Media Resource Page and others through our Virtual Library.

Spring Programs 

Weekly Events Until June 9:

Evening Story Time - All Ages 

5 p.m. Tuesdays.

Evening Storytime at the Victorville Library is geared towards children 0-8. We'll read a few books, dance to some music, and end our hour together with a craft. 

Multilingual Story Time - All Ages 

10 a.m. Wednesdays.

Storytime and Activity in English and a Secondary Language. For example: Spanish, German, and American Sign Language. 

Kinder Prep - All Ages

10 a.m. Thursdays.  

Kinder Prep is designed to help kids with their reading and fine motor skills. Activity and story will vary from week to week. All kids whether pre-K or older are welcome to join the fun. 

 Blocks & Cars - Ages 2-8 

12 p.m. Fridays.

Join us on Fridays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. We'll have toy cars and building blocks during open play for ages 2-8.

Monthly STEAM - Ages 8-13

4 p.m. on 2nd Monday of the Month

Science-based activity on the 2nd Monday of each month. Each month we'll create something new and exciting!

Teen STEAM - Ages 12-17

4:30 p.m. on 2nd Wednesday of the Month

Science based activity on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Each month we'll create something new and exciting!

Teen Tech Space - Ages 12-17

3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on one Thursday a month

Teens are invited to get hands-on time with fun, new technologies!

Summer Programs

 Join us during the Summer for reading, crafts and more! The Summer Reading Program is from June 19 until July 28.

Sign-up for our Summer Reading Program to read books and earn prizes! You can sign-up for SRP starting June 5, and start earning prizes on June 19. 

 Join us Monday-Friday for daily crafts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 Head over to the Victorville Activities Center on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for a great performance! The address is 15075 Hesperia Road in Victorville.

 On Fridays at 12 p.m., join us for a movie!

In preparation for Harry Potter Day on July 29, we'll be showing two Harry Potter movies a day, one at 11 a.m. and one at 2 p.m.

What is Monday? - Ages 5-10

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2023

Global Credit Union will give a free presentation geared towards children 5-10 to explain what money is.
