The City Clerk's office maintains the official records for the City of Victorville. All requests for copies / documents must be submitted to the Records Division.
There may be a fee for copies. You will be notified prior to processing of any costs. Records Division staff will notify you of the due date for your request.
Request a City Record:
- Print Out & complete the 2018 - 06 Public Records Request Form
- Read & Sign the back of the form if you are requesting plans. (Requests for plans received without a signature cannot be processed until a signature is received).
- Email your completed form to Records or
- FAX to (760) 269-0010 or
- Return to the City Clerk's Office in City Hall located at 14343 Civic Dr. in Victorville.
NOTE: The City does not maintain any records related to Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce or Court records, criminal, civil, traffic or Fire Department records. Check out Vital Records for San Bernardino County documents.
