Community input and Census data will be used to determine how election districts should be drawn in Victorville. Our community members are invited and encouraged to engage in this process and to provide input at public hearings and community workshops.
The public hearings will be used to explain the process to community members and to gather input into how election districts should be drawn. After draft election district maps are developed, the City will host workshops to provide community members the opportunity to review the maps and provide input.
The first public hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. on October 14, 2021 at Victorville City Council. A full schedule of the public hearings and community workshops will be published soon.
