As a courtesy, Voter Registration forms are available in the City Clerk's office at the reception desk.  The forms are postage-paid and can be mailed or delivered in person at the San Bernardino County Elections Office of the Registrar of Voters office.  Additional information can be found on the Registrar of Voters website.
