Payments can be automatically withdrawn from your checking account by completing the Automatic Payment Via Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization Form.
Automated phone payments can be made by calling Customer Service at (760)955-5001 24 hours a day. Please have your Account and Customer Number ready when calling.
A Customer Service Representative is available to take your payment during normal business hours.
City Hall is open to receive payments Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments in the office. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
City Hall is closed every Friday and all major holidays.
Payments can be dropped off at any time in the drop box located outside the front door of City Hall. Drop box payments are collected Monday through Thursday at 7:30 am and posted the same day. Payments placed in the drop box after 7:30 am are processed the following business day.
