Construction Meters are available on a first come, first serve basis and upon approval. 

To apply:

Complete and sign the Construction Meter Application.
Provide current government issued identification.
Pay the deposit (The set up and installation fee will be billed on your first billing statement).

Once your application is approved and processed, an appointment will be made to coordinate installation of the meter.
