Our Mission

The City of Victorville’s Finance Division is dedicated to serving both its citizens and other City departments by providing transparent, timely, comprehensive, accurate information and support.

 

Our Responsibilities

The Finance Division is responsible for the management and oversight of the following functions:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable and General Billing
  • Administration of the City’s Debt
  • Budget preparation and administration
  • Customer Service and Utility Billing
  • General Accounting & Administration
  • Payroll
  • Preparation of the City’s annual financial statements
