VICTORVILLE, Calif. – As part of its General Plan Update, the Victorville Planning Commission will host a public workshop to discuss the City’s Land Use Element on Feb. 24 at 5 p.m. via Zoom. The Land Use Element is the policy foundation that guide policy makers, decision makers, the general public, and planners as they evaluate Victorville’s land use and development in the future. Community members are invited to participate in this workshop that will be hosted via Zoom.

The City of Victorville is in the process of updating its General Plan, which is used by the City to plan for future growth and change in Victorville. In addition to addressing the Land Use Element of the General Plan, the City is also updating the Housing and Safety Elements and creating a new Environmental Justice Element.
Community members are encouraged to offer input regarding the overall General Plan Update by completing two surveys available in English & Spanish at vv.city/gpsurveys.
