Post Date:08/20/2020 3:09 PM

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has federal disaster loans available to assist in the repair or replacement of property damaged by the civil unrest that began May 26, 2020. SBA can also lend additional funds to help with the cost of improvements to protect, prevent or minimize the same type of disaster damage from occurring in the future. These low-interest federal disaster loans are available in San Bernardino County and apply to businesses of all sizes, most private non profit organizations, homeowners and renters. The deadline to apply for assistance is September 16, 2020. To learn more or to apply, click here.

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans are still available to small businesses regardless of whether the business suffered any property damage as a result of civil unrest. The deadline to apply is March 17, 2021 and the application can be found here.
