City of Victorville Fully Resumes In-Person Public Meetings

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 10, 2022

VICTORVILLE, Calif. – Today, the City of Victorville announced its plans to fully resume in-person public meetings in Council Chambers at Victorville City Hall beginning with the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Nov. 15.

Public meetings were temporarily transitioned to a hybrid format due to COVID-19. As cases continue to decline and social distancing requirements have been lifted, all public meetings, including those of the Victorville City Council and Victorville Planning Commission, will no longer be offered on Zoom.

The City invites members of the community to participate in all public meetings. Remote viewing of Council Meetings is available through YouTube, but public comment must be given in person at City Hall during the meetings or public comments can be submitted electronically to cityclerk@victorvilleca.gov by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting to be distributed to the City Council.

Victorville City Council Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. The Victorville Planning Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. Meetings are held in Council Chambers at Victorville City Hall, 14343 Civic Drive.

Meeting agenda details are available on the City’s website at VictorvilleCA.gov/agendas.
