The Water Conservation Division provides programs, services, education, and information on how you can conserve water for your home or business in Victorville.
Through Victorville Municipal Code Chapter 10.00, water use is restricted that is viewed as a public nuisance or water misuse. The Conservation Division strives to preserve water resources and prevent water misuse to avoid water waste and to maintain manageable fees for our customers.

Nuisance Water Program - Through this program, we inform and notify residents of the Water Conservation Ordinance and offer information to assist with mitigating any issues observed and verified by Water Conservation Specialists. Report any excess water run-off you witness to 866-955-4426.
Water Audit - This is a free service for residents, businesses, schools and community groups providing a review of water use patterns, water fixtures, appliances, etc. in to find ways to conserve water and reduce monthly water bills for Victorville Water District customers.
Workshops - Workshops and tours of the water system are provided on a periodic basis.
School Program – Learning about water conservation principles at an early age will assure conservation minded individuals for future generations. The In-Class Presentations and School Assemblies provide students with the knowledge of how issues like pollution, drought, population and waste can help water users make decisions about the way they use water to conserve it today for tomorrow.
