Winners of Public Works Essay Contest Announced

Filberto Escobedo, Ulyssa Perez and Jaedyn Young are the top-three finishers in our Public Works Essay Contest.  Their essays were chosen from nearly 300 essays submitted by local fourth-grade students following our Public Works Day event.  Read more in our Press Release
